On this black gravel I walk
with volcanos here among
and the vineyards in the holes
make the landscape a bit odd
Into the depth of the island
the fire boils as in my heart
It's a sort of miracle
to make wine out of the rocks
it is such an ancient job
from the harvest to the drops
We walk around to discover
if there's some place with some water
Along the path we have found
some strange fruits and taste in mouth
and their sweetness can teach that
life can be rich in every land
Into the crater there's a place
that is much more than isolated

e le vigne nelle buche
rendono il paesaggio un po' strano
Nelle profondità dell'isola
il fuoco ribolle come nel mio cuore
È una specie di miracolo
estrarre il vino dalle rocce
è un lavoro così antico
dalla vendemmia alle gocce
Andiamo in giro per scoprire
se c'è un posto con un po' d'acqua
Lungo il sentiero abbiamo trovato
alcuni strani frutti e gli abbiamo assaggiati in bocca
la loro dolcezza può insegnare che
la vita può essere ricca in ogni terra
Nel cratere c'è un posto
che è molto più che isolato
