It’s almost Samhain
a word that makes me see
a bit better every year
‘cause there’s an end and a begin
It’s almost Samhain
water is drenching everything
the streams are flowing
and fog is covering the hills
I know Samhain may be only
a point into the time
but it’s something that gives always
to my old soul some pride
‘cause I belong to an old sacred tradition
‘cause I am the heir of my ancestor’s wisdom
not all is lost into the time
No matter if I celebrate
this year it would be fair
the long nights that we have here
are the prayers that we need

mi fa vedere un po' meglio
perché c’è una fine e un inizio
È quasi Samhain
l’acqua bagna ogni cosa
i ruscelli scorrono
e la nebbia copre le colline
So che Samhain può essere solo
un punto nel tempo
ma è qualcosa che dà sempre
un po' di orgoglio alla mia vecchia anima
perché appartengo a un’antica sacra tradizione
perché sono l’erede della saggezza dei miei antenati
non tutto è perso nel tempo
Non importa se festeggio
quest'anno sarebbe giusto
le lunghe notti che abbiamo qui
sono le preghiere di cui abbiamo bisogno
So che Samhain può essere solo
