The last sun of spring
is in front of me
among the hills
I see the light just scattering
And now I can know
after all I’ve learned
northwest sun
dies there behind the sacred peak
And in this moment of
total disorder
the ancient knowledge’s got
the role of border
And I can only say that I am grateful
to know where I am now it is so helpful
The ancestors here
knew that everything
can become sacred
if it’s oriented in the right way
And that mountain
it’s where they found death
trying to fight
to make their culture survive

Sole di nord-ovest
L'ultimo sole di primavera
è di fronte a me
tra le colline
Vedo la luce che si disperde
E ora posso sapere
dopo tutto quello che ho imparato
(che il) sole di nord-ovest
muore là dietro la vetta sacra
E in questo momento di
disordine totale
l'antica conoscenza ha
il ruolo del confine
E posso solo dire che sono grato
sapere dove sono ora è molto di aiuto
Gli antenati qui
sapevano che tutto
può diventare sacro
se è orientato nel modo giusto
E quella montagna
è lì che hanno trovato la morte
cercando di combattere
per far sopravvivere la loro cultura
E in questo momento di
disordine totale
l'antica conoscenza ha
il ruolo del confine
E posso solo dire che sono grato
sapere dove sono ora è molto di aiuto
